We are Colorado Heart Families, a group of families from across Colorado whose lives changed when our children were diagnosed with a congenital heart defect.

We are here to connect with and support you.  We have walked in your shoes, sat in the same rooms, and we know how overwhelming this journey can seem. We have found great support in each other and welcome the opportunity to encourage you along this journey as well.
